BMD Garant Reverse Air Filter Plants

The BMD Garant reverse air filter plant is a true “off line” cleaning filtering system, whereby the cleaning carriage system isolates a full row of filter bags off line preventing air to pass through whilst a smaller cleaning fanset reverse's air back down the filter media in the opposite direction.

Being constructed from 4mm and 6mm plate with fully welded joints, this robust German built dust collector is ideally suited to handling high temperatures and arduous applications where traditional filters fail.

Typical applications include Induction Furnace Melting Fume, Asphalt Plants, Glass Production Plants and Incineration Plants handling temperatures up to 250oc.

Filter media is configured in a vertical plane being removed from the filter cell plate from the clean side accessed by large hinged heavy duty filter doors.

Dirty air enters the filter through a top gas inlet hood with integral baffle system, this top inlet hood creates down flow air movement through the collector being ideally suited to handling gas and fume plications.

Various discharge valves can be applied to basic collection bins with bin liner option, manual wafer bagging of valve, double weighted counter balance valve, rotary valves and screw conveyors.
