DCE MTB Modular Tubular Bag Filter

The DCE MTB reverse jet Modular Tubular Bag filter plants are robustly constructed from 3mm mild steel plate, fully welded designed to operate in heavy or light duty applications.
Filter tubes are vertically located within the filter cell supported by zinc coated filter support cages. A zinc coated venturi attached to the top of each support cage directs a jet of compressed air down each filter tube maximizing filter life.
Filter media is accessed for removal via top heavy duty lift off access doors allowing the operator to remove filter tubes from the clean side of the dust collector ensuring minimum dust exposure to the atmosphere. The MTB range is fitted as standard with a pre-settlement drop out chamber designed to remove the bulk of the dust prior to it reaching the main filter chamber.
Dust which has either been separated by the pre-settlement chamber or from the filter bag cell following pulse cleaning is channelled via a hopper section with support steelwork to single or multiple flanged outlets.
Various discharge valves can be applied, basic collection bins with bin liner option, manual wafer bagging of valve, double weighted counter balance valve, rotary valves and screw conveyors.
