As part of Dust Control Environmental’s growth plans we are looking to employ an exceptional Office Administrator who will become a key part of our team.

The Administrator Role:

Varied and rewarding position at the heart of our business operations.

Crucial role supporting finance, purchasing, project, and service teams.

From managing supplier invoices and purchase orders to maintaining project documentation and supporting ISO compliance, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Purchasing Administration

Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and employee expense claims.

Raise and manage purchase orders and goods receipt notes.

Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies.

Support month-end accounting procedures and reporting requirements.

Maintain accurate purchasing and financial records.

Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement.

Project & Documentation Support:

Maintain customer and project files, ensuring documentation is complete and up to date.

Prepare and manage Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals and CE certification records.

Support project administration activities across multiple departments.

Compliance & Business Support:

Maintain records and documentation required for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance.

Ensure company procedures and financial controls are followed consistently.

Assist with scheduling installation and service activities.

Provide general administrative support to help the business operate efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Skills & Experience

Previous experience in accounts payable, purchasing administration, or a similar office administration role.

Good working knowledge of accounting and ERP systems.

Strong Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills with confidence when dealing with suppliers and colleagues.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of basic accounting principles.

Desirable:
Experience working within an engineering, manufacturing, or project-based environment.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001 management systems.

Experience supporting project administration or service scheduling activities.
